We do not support returns based on change of mind or personal preference. Cash refunds are not offered. Approved cases will be resolved via exchange or store credit only.

 

Returns and exchanges are only accepted under the conditions outlined below.

 

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please provide clear photos for assessment via sales@carochia.com within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. Upon approval of assessment, an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit will be issued.

 

Unfit Size Items

If you require a size exchange, please contact sales@carochia.com within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for size exchange items. Size exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued upon approval of assessment.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• All tags must remain attached

• Items must be free from perfume, odors, stains, or alterations

• Items must be returned in their original packaging

• Items must be returned using a trackable shipping method

• Tracking details for return shipments must be provided via email within 14 days of approval

 

Any item that does not meet these conditions will be rejected.

 

Caro Chia is not responsible for lost return parcels and reserves the right to decline returns without valid tracking proof.

 

This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies only to item(s) purchased via www.carochia.com.

 

CARO CHIA ENTERPRISE reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests submitted outside the designated time period, or requests deemed invalid upon assessment. Refunds are not applicable unless otherwise specified.
