International shippings & duties
All shipments from www.carochia.com are shipped with Fedex services , cost of shipment may vary according to item(s) purchased during order check out.Orders that are designated to ship outside of Malaysia may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties and fees by the destination country's authority. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have any problems with sizing kindly please contact us at email@example.com before placing an order. All purchases made are subject to final sales and will not be applicable for returns & exchanges unless meeting the qualified criteria on the following guidelines:- damaged or defected products
Customers must contact customer services via firstname.lastname@example.org within 72-hours after receiving your order through the designated courier with a valid reason of return, with clear images and valid order & contact information. (applications are subject to approval to proceed)
Approved item(s) for returns or exchanges must remain in the same condition as received by the customer (ie: unwashed, unused and unworn). All packaging materials and tags must still remain intact. Any tampered tags, materials or condition of the item(s) found will result in the immediate cancellation of the prior approved returns or exchanges.
The returns & exchanges policy is only applicable for item(s) sold on www.carochia.com. The company CARO CHIA ENTERPRISE and brand reserves the right to reject return requests before and after the designated time period and the validity of the reason given, refunds are not applicable unless otherwise specified.
